Coronavirus Delivery Update
Just to let you all know that I will be working as usual unless the government says otherwise.

All orders which have been paid in full and the function is March and April, I will despatch these as soon as they are wrapped within the next 10 days or prior to your function date.
For functions at Bournemouth hotels, this weeks they will be delivered direct to the hotel and from next week I will send them to your home address (unless you say otherwise)

For functions May onward, I can despatch your orders ASAP if you require.
At present all parcel operations continue as normal. All DPD Local depots and hubs are working as normal and they have no closures affecting any of their sites.

If the situation worsens and your event date is changed then I am happy to transfer your order & payment to the new date.
If you do have to cancel your order then unfortunately the deposits are non-refundable (unless cancelled by myself)
I trust you all understand I bought your stock in and allocated it to you. I have had to pay my suppliers and being a small company I cannot absorb the costs of cancellations.
